Hyping up UO

Although I quit UO I had good general experience with UO and would like to hype it up, but cannot it seems, actually put it on a higher level than it is? what am I missing and why cannot I hype it up more than its current 8.1? at least be able to vote on it......:(

The game is dead not, this game is good we make it and Romania Tv give it 5 goat heads, this is good rating for game.
