Looking for an MMO

Greetings all,

Currently I am playing both EVE and World of Warcraft and both are quite fun.  My question is, is there an MMO out there (any genre) that is actually quite complex, takes thought etc.  Obviously WoW doesn't fit here, but EVE does to a point.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Personally, I like Everquest 2. The game is just a blast to play. There is a lot to do and the community is pretty cool most of the time. EQ2 has really become a great game. You can buy Echoes of Faydwer and it comes with all of the expansions for $40. My only experience with MMO`s is EQ1, WoW, and Vanguard but EQ2 is easily the best (imo).

    Guild Wars was complex, before everyone started running cookie-cutter builds.  It's still pretty fun to log in every once and a while.

    Anarchy Online is quite complex, for similar, but not the same reasons EVE is.

    It however, is old as shit, and showing it.

    I just want one that works for once. And has a story line that isnt 1 quest long.

    you can try GunZ or America's Arrmy. both great games. both in the action genre. also GunZ is liek the matrix although w/o bullet-time.

    i seriously recomend one of those. or try:

    To the OP- There is a fine line between complexity and frustration in this genre... I can't really make a suggestion. Try Ragnarok.

    Well AO had a fairly recent expansion (Lost Eden) IT is very complex and fun.



    SWG seems pretty indepth



    EQ2 isn't as in depth but its a good game and fun.
