I am really interested to see how Vanguard holds up after LoTRO, AoC and WAR launch. If they didn't have enough resources to finish the game then, I don't think they are going to have enough subs to pay for all the ambitious goals that they have set.
Those game will be finished and release UNBUGGED with no performance issue and they will run with 6 years old PC! First off no MMORPG has EVER been released with out any bugs.... to think any of these games will come out flawless is truely silly. Hell they still patching fixes on WOW almost weekly and it been out for over 3 years now ? I think...
Vanguard definately needs work but as it is I find it a great joy to play. If you do not care for the game plainly say so, don't run off at the mouth like you were personally abused by Sigil. I find most of the people who complain about it sound like young teens which doesn't suprise me as they didn't make the game for teens it was made for more mature player base. Of course people gonna whine and bitch if the only game they ever played was WOW as it is pathetically easy to lvl in. Then you come to Vanguard and find out you cannot get 20th in one day of play no wonder your whining. Sigil has never done anything to hurt any of you people so give them a chance to make their game a success in the target audience they are going for, they do not deserve your disdain.

My original post I think was misread. I am saying Vanguard launched prematurely. They ran out of money for dev time. So if Vanguard didn't have enough money to launch completely, how is it going to get all the features into the game and running smooth after LoTRO AoC and WAR all launch and presumeable take a way a bit of the unsatisfied customers. I think Vanguard is going to have a long uphill battle with getting the game to the visions the devs had.

As for which is it easier to clean up? You must at one point compare a game to what it was actually promised to be. Is VG groundbraking? NO! 3rd gen? NO! Best graphics? NO! .. etc ... I could go on about the promises they made.
Now compare LotRO to what they promised it to be ... yup, noone will get a sour taste in their mouths after trying it, because it delivers, while VG does not.
You won't see me play lotro though, too simplistic for me ... I could have played VG, but it just fell too short of the promises. If only brad was as talented in game design as he is in advertizing, we would have a cool game now.

Vanguard tries to be like FFXI, but FFXI 10x better then vanguard will ever be. The only pro that vanguard has, is that it has a clean econ but THATS IT

Being a MMO nut I know that every MMO requires patching. But when game breaking elements are a 2x a week or more occurance well that game is unfinished. Many beta testers (including myself) saw that and told Sigil they needed more time. Wish they could have gotten the 6-9 months needed from SoE.
