Whats so good about this game...?

in Silkroad Online
I wanna know something, whats so good about this game. I see too many people hyped up over it, and it seems to be just another KAL clone. Dont flame me, just answer why you like this game.

    This game was bullshit it was  a waste of my life to downlaod it. the graphics duck d**k. and gameplay is really poor. if u want a fun game thats 100000xx better then this crap go play hero online. b/c this was thye gayest shit i ever downaloaded..

    I've played KAL a while back, and I can definitely say SRO has a significant advantage, graphically. Silkroad is free-to-play, and with a new server just released this week, you lose nothing checking it out.

    As for the "go play hero online" comment... well, the screens on that game look nice, might be worth checking out, as well.

    Well of course SRO beats KAL in that department, and probably in gameplay as well. KAL online is pretty much dead now. And Gameogre says "Silkroad Online
    Interesting setting that blends the ancient Chinese, European, and Islam civilizations with fantasy", yet it seems that its purely a oriental setting. O.o

    And Lukain, you only play the game cause its FREE? You dont like ANYTHING about it except the fact that its FREE? You seem easy too please...

    For me nothing especially but fine graphics. Gameplay is a little poor as some1 said but its free game, why not play it sometimes? Only thing that bothers me is so called "game music". So freakin me out. Hope gmasters gonna change it a bit. Nothing more.

    ok kal is free except for some of the items but plenty of pros have gotten good without those items...but kal is on a dying trend however still lots of players from other countries who know english play and i sitll like it but sro is the way to go as of right now or rappelz whichever :D

    Good game play

    nice graphics

    And free unless item mall

    low s

    english words some times go off the screen

    laggy (worse when in city)

    hard to log in (in any country and some times you have to log in at like 12:00 PM or later)

    all you do is quest that are the same thing you have to go get this kill this get this again

    fight is all you do in the game.... thiefs will kill you lin 1 hit  (unless high lvl)

    Takes forever  to lvl up

    last one WAST OF TIME !!!

    BUT this is MY oppin of the game play the game if you like it but this is what i think

    That's because the European and Islam content haven't been implemented (yet) in the international version of SRO. I do know that the korean version has the euro content, but not sure if islam content has been added already.

    The next logical addition after the Taklamakan map should be the euro content. But that's just speculation on my part.

    this game is insane grindfest............

    its already a year i played and im lvl 76 by now.

    even still got 4 more lvl left till the max lvl but to tell u the truth this game is great and i hope that the realese of Fantasy Odysey silkroad online will improved the game played

    hope that the new silkroad can pawn Ragnarok online 2 in gameplay
