Where can you get a cape/cloak?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
I occasionally see players running around with a cape or a cloak on, and I was wondering where these come from.  Can they be crafted by outfitters, or are they a drop from somewhere?  I don't see many people with them, which is kindof a bummer, since they are a cool accessory to have (especially considering helms don't show).  So, anyone know?

    I would also like to know the answer to this question. I once asked someone with a cape and they said they got it by preordering Vanguard. I did that and I never got a cape

    Are there any other ways of getting them besides going back in time and buying the game earlier?

    In beta, you could get one in HZ, but they took the quest out.

    I remember a quest in the Vulmane city gave a cloak, the quest was something about finding cats..

    They came from the collectors edition and r soulbound. not sure if u can get them ingame also?

    There was a quest out of Veskal's Exchange that gave pauldrons as a reward.  They weren't very good pauldrons compared to what I was wearing, but when I tried it on just to see how it looked it was a cloak.

    It was nothing fancy, but I have to admit that I did like the look of it.

    Unfortunately it was a bug or something because after last patch I think they fixed it.  Now it's a pauldron as it should be.

    I know of a cape that drops off of a named in the Rindol Storehouse...

    Yeah there is a cape that comes with the Limited Edition

    I saw a cape on the exchange broker ( bazaar ) but it was to expensive for me at the time.

    There is a cloak quest in Donovans Roost on Qalia, I dont know about the other continents.
