To be honest are you at such a disadvantage if you were to play on a private server.. is it really important to play on the main server?

    Private Servers:

    • Lack content due to bandwidth limitations of home servers.
    • Buggy since they use emulators with a small support staff.
    • Lack of meaning through playing the game too fast.
    • Laggy/Crash prodent.
    • Character Wipes
    • Behind Official servers on getting complete updates.
    • Lack of revenue to Gravity means lack of updating power.
    • Lack of players.

    Official server is good.. Frequent Events, competitions... A plenty the person... But not at all children or teenagers is money for game for official servers... For example the first Russian server very good! (Big quantity the person, is not present Laggy/Crash prodent, it has enough of money for development) You can solve on what server to you to play.

    Hate to tell you this, but Gravity has gotten alot better since 2003.

    I tried playing a private server for a week. What a waste. There is no sense of accomplishment in getting a lev 99 trans charcter in a few hours. That's why I prefer official servers. The GM's have gotten a lot better lately and bot population is way way down. Give it a shot you can get a 15 day free trial.

    Which offical server has the highest pop? Just got the 15 day trial, want to start on best one :) ty in advance for your help

    On iRO that offers the 15 day trial, the server with the most population is either Chaos or Loki around 5k during peak hours.

    I only played at a official server (euro) and I liked the many events they have and the aspect, that many people I know are playing there. Something a private server can not give me.
