Need an MMORPG Suggestion...

This summer I'm probably going to get a P2P MMORPG and I'm not sure what to get.  So far I've played Everquest, World of Warcraft (extensively), Everquest 2, EVE-Online, and I've had experience with Saga of Ryzom and a few free MMOs I can't really name.

Ideally what I'm looking for:

-Fantasy Setting

-PvE focus

-Mid-range graphics

-Lots of class type customization (skill based is cool too)

-Good combat but also extensive tradeskill system

-Player housing, preferably where the player actually builds

So far I've found Vanguard and Horizons both seem really cool, however, Horizons has all that stupid crap going on with billing and company switches, and I don't think my other computer matches up to the specs for Vanguard. (2.4 GHz and 512 MB of RAM, whereas it has 1.5 GHz Dual Core and only 512 MB of RAM...  if someone can verify the 1.5 GHz Dual core will run it then I can probably upgrade the RAM to 1 GB).

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Although its old, UO is everything you want except the mid range graphics. It is getting a graphic update (or did, not too sure) but I still wouldn't consider it mid range.

It is uses a skill based system using percentages so the longer you wack away with that axe the better you'll get with it. This allows very customizable characters. I wouldn't call it PvE focused, but it can be if you want it to. It has some of the best combat in a MMO out there. It depends greatly on the players actual skill.

ya if you up your computer vanguard is a great game, i think it is probably along the lines of what you are looking for

i cant play right now because my current computer can't handle it

that will be remedied soon though

If you're looking for a good PVE game, I recommend FFXI.  However, you can't build your own housing.  Your house is one room that is instanced but you can decorate it with furniture that will sometimes generate an effect like on your fishing skills or elemental strength.

Well I'm definitely wishing I could get Vanguard so far :P Looks like it'll be pretty awesome but right now I can't upgrade the CPU so doesn't really look like an option.

As for UO, I haven't really ever considered it, but thanks for the tip I'll check it out.

And as for FFXI, is it possible for more than one player to have access to your house?

    Thanks for the suggestions :)

if i remember correctly then no one can come in your house in FFXI

and if you decide to try FFXI just be prepared for a lot of grinding and an interface which is designed for consoles (it made me want to punch an infant)

and its probably just me, but i hated how you couldnt jump

    *jump*jump*jump*

    What'd you say? :P

I'll definitely look into FFXI but so far I haven't really been impressed with it, but its still on my list.

If I can't find something satisfactory to this point I might just fall back to WoW or EQ2, granted I don't think either would be ideal considering WoW just doesn't have enough to do to keep me going, and EQ2 is just way too busy.  Something about it that just bothers me, plus I still don't know if I can run it :P
