Where to report bugs?

Well...i'm really happy to have been able to get a beta key for LOTRO, and played it over the weekend. But here is my question....the chat system seemed all screwed up to me. /tells didn;t work and interplayer interaction was kind of buggy too.
Who/How do i report these bugs to? I guess the developers already know about most of them, but isn;t it my job to report such issues.

Or simply type "/bug" and a new window appears. However the bug handling is kinda awkward and take some time to fill out, which is sad imo since I like reporting bugs I discover.
