Can Someone Explain How The Item Colors Work Please?

Orange = Legendary
Purple = Epic
Superior = Blue
Good = Green
Poor = Grey
How does it work in LOTRO. I've seen good yellow items, and good purple items in the auction houses, but don't understand which is better or how they classed. Can someone explain please. Im loving the game so far, but this is confusing me?

Comments
No color = common
Yellow = uncommon (an item that might last you 2 to 3 levels before a common item of your level would replace it)
purple = rare (might last you anywhere from 4 to 8+ levels before a common of your level would replace it).
red = unusable by your class or level.
