Question about Scout Healer

in Granado Espada Online
is ti just me or does it seem like the recover skill for scout doesn't work at all. I have it maxed and every condition it says it removes it won't let me use it once I have one of them, wtf!

    I am pretty sure you need something to remove the effect.  I made it work.

    If you read the descriptions, every last one of the scout's skills in the healing and buff stance require a particular item of one kind or another.  Needless to say, the skills aren't particulary useful without those items.
