No more trial?

I played a trial account for a while and planned on buying it until i got banned for getting into an argument with a player. I cannot reverse the ban and my account on PlayNC that also has Guild Wars is the one that was banned. CoH and CoV is by far the best MMORPG i've played but I'm not sure that i want to give my money to a company who doesn't care about its consumers. I wanted to see if the trial was still active so i could try it for another couple of weeks to see if it worth buying of if the community if full of people like the one who got me banned.
Also, before you go of into your rants about how i deserved being banned and what not please don't post that until some one posts "Yes, there is still a trial" or "no, the trial if over" so I don't care and that's not what this post is for.

Filefront.com is where you will find the free trial about CoX. (Link from the CoV patcher)
Dunno the details, but a free trial is starting at level 1 again, which remove any sense of progression to anyone who continue on their journey.
