  have you tried to ctrl-alt-del and see if turbineinvoker is allready active in there.
  
  Try and stop the program if it is and try start lotro again.

  If this is just the 'cant log in because servers arent up yet' error, thats fine.  If its something else, I'd really not have to re-download the beta client.. for the 3rd time.

  do you have any third party popup blockers running? If so disable it and try. Some of those think the patcher is a popup. If that is not the case then go into the game directory (probably C:Program FilesTurbineThe Lord of the Rings Online) and run TurbineLauncher.exe, let it update the patcher and close, then run the Launcher.exe again.

  If this does not solve it LoTRO has a excellent tech forum on the beta boards and the CS people and other testers are pretty active there. If this does not fix your problem I suggest you try and do a search there, and if that does not help try posting your issue and what you have all ready tried.
