Be sure to check out the pictures too. Some really funny spells there. My favorite was "I hate stunties. Increases Dmg done against dwarves".

That's a nice article. And some new videos to watch.

40+ Scenarios I didn't think they would have that many at release. That's great.

And I don't want to hear anything about "I don't believe in vampires" because *I* don't believe in vampires, but I believe in my own two eyes, and what *I* saw is ******* vampires! "

I'd say it's a bad, bad, sign when a reviewer is using the word "overpowered" already when describing a class in a pure PVP game.

Sounds like Mythic is going to be making the same mistakes that it did in DAoC.

Right.... I mean c'mon Mythic it's already early beta and you still haven't balanced the classes!

I mean one guy playing a class for the first time for a few hours and he's already gained a wide knowledge of the game and is able to deem a class overpowered? Take his reviews with a grain of salt.

One of the most interesting 'views' that came out of that press event (I've read about eight reports on the event) was that almsot every previewer was massively impressed with the characters they played - they almost all described themselves as some sort of juggernaut of destruction, whether they played Black Orcs, Squig Herder, Ironbreakers or Engineers.  A couple exceptions described repeated bad PvP behaviors and constant deaths.

    How short sighted of you.

And yet, to date, everygame that has ever been developed has been able to create classes across the board that were alwasy equally balanced, especially in beta.

Mythic as a company has come very far, especially considering at the time DAOC was released they could have almost been compared to a "mom and pop" company.

I would trust the reviewers and not make wild statements such as this one you posted.
