A lot of movies bring me to tears. Not outright blubbing but waterworks hell yeah. What's the point of fantasy if you don't let it take you away.
Lots of movies already mentioned, like Gladiator and Braveheart, stuff where you can get inside the characters head and identify with them.Like when that big Scotsman's father dies in Braveheart, and Wallace and the mad Irishman just look away into the distance..that cut me up.
And in Gladiator when you know he's already dead, and he's looking for his family in the afterlife, but he comes back to kill the evil dictator before he goes..great stuff. Then his mate comes and plants the little statues in the colluseum, brilliant.
Also movies that try to identify with kids feelings, like AI.I couldn't help but tear up when his mom spent the day with him thanks to the aliens,so cool.
Well, I'm glad I wasn't the only one who cried over the last samurai.... Other then that no movie, but when I was like 10 or so I cried on the one episode of pokemon when ash had to let butterfree go free....that was sad to me... lol...well that was embarassing. I also got a little watery watching V for vendetta, at the end when all of the people were wearing the masks and just walk past the soldiers...Not because it was sad but because it was overwhelming. I think I almost cried on the passion too...don't remember tho. Oh, also I had to hold back while watching lady in the water too...Once again not because of sadness but just because of the overwhelming feeling it gave me...can't explain it. Pearl Harbor also Got me realy close...
The movie that brought me to tears has to be Resident Evil. They took an awesome video game setting and turned it into a "gurl power!!" movie with bad music.
