I really should be getting more sleep, I'm always tired/yawning during the day, its actually making me mad.

Usually near sleeping at 12, but get ready at 11

    Wake up at 7-7:30.

If I could get 8 hours, I think I'd be a normal person. Right now, I'm not. har har?

I usually get 8-10 hours every night. School's a pain in the ass.

Restless leg syndrome is a bitch. I'm lucky to get 5 hours sleep when I have to get up in the morning. That shit keeps me up for hours no matter how tired I am, and its getting to the point where I even wake up from it sometimes. I wish they would just cure it already

9 or 10, usually. And about that restless leg syndrome, I know someone who has that, and they just keep there legs raised up on lots of cushions. Hope that helps your case.

Holy shit I think you're a genius. I'm going to try this out next week.Wasn't it Ben Franklin that would take hour long naps a few times a day rather than sleep at night so that he could maximize his time spent awake?  Not sure who that was..but I think it was Franklin

That would be a fantastic idea but it's not really feasible for most people in the contemporary world. I get between 6-8 hours a night but i hate sleeping as it is a waste of time, why sleep, when you can play video games, anyway my boss sleeps from 9 pm to 2 am and then comes into work at 4 am to 2 pm lol.

The only time i like sleeping is when i had an uber shitty day and i just want it to end :).

Nope. Some people have it worse than others. The only thing I can do is keep my TV on when I'm in bed because once my mind isn't occupied it sets in. Sucks really.

6-8 during the week, on the weekends I can get as little as five hours. There is quite a lot I want to do that I can't always do during the week.

Do you also suffer from anxiety? I know a few years ago I had a problem with IBS, after I managed my stress levels my IBS went away. Here recently I went through another bought of stress with a new job change and was having an issue with not only restless legs, but restless arms. After getting focused once again and managing my stress level I'm feeling 'normal' again.

I have nothing I would classify as an illness or ailment other than RLS and insomnia, and the resulting fatigue. This is something I've had for as long as I can remember, just becoming worse as of late.

6-8 on week days, and on weekend it depends. IF im not doing anything, maybe 12-14 hours, but if im out, around 4.

6-8 depending on how much NyQuil I need to drink to get to sleep.
