Impossible to get in contact with Playnet?

in WWII Online: Battleground Europe

I've been trying to get a trial for WW2:Online for a few days now, because the trial requires a Credit Card number which hardly anyone has in Holland because of the costs. I've tried emailing playnet info@playnet.com and the email bounced.

Trying to get a   forum/help account through this link http://www5.playnet.com/bv/adm/stepone.jsp gives me an error:

HTTP Status 404 - /wwiionline/adm/stepone.jsp

Is there no other way to even be able to try this game or is it a US game only (since u get a Credit Card with a pack of butter there)?

My guess the only way to be able to play this game is to get a Credit Card, which won't allow ALOT of people from Europe to be able to play this game, causing them to miss a huge part of the market out there.

Is there any other way to get a trial account? If yes how? Is there any email support possible or only their forum on which you can't register without the broken link or using a Credit Card number?

I was quite impressed afer reading several threads and reviews seeing some screenshots made me try to get a account but some 'things' got in the way.....

I hope anyone can give me a solution or help me out, i've got about 40 other people here wanting to try this game but have ran into the same problems i got.

    hmm i looked through the ww2online site to see if i could find a quick answer but i couldn't so i have a couple of places you can go to ask for help.

    As far as I know there is a problem with their mail server as of 2/23

    Bloo is in charge of the customer issues.



    But it is not true that almost none in Holland use credit cards. To say it mildly do you exaggerate sonny.



    If you ask your mom and/or dad might they help you out here.

    I know of plenty of Europeans who play.  There's quite a few Euros in my squad too.

    No offence, but a creditcard in holland is really not that expensive?

    Yes, i am from holland and i just have a creditcard in my total package of the bank.
