Guwa! Ka ka ka ka!
So yes, I canceled my WoW subscription when I found out my class of choice for 2 years was to be nerfed yet again. So now I'm back to square one.
Objective: Find an mmo to tide over my undying thirst for noob souls and digital seclusion via player houses or just plain big @&;% world while saying "ooo ahh" at the graphics that are compatible without the blood of a thousand virgins (in which case I'd find the Blizzard Dev team).
This can be done several different ways.
1. Buying a game that is actually completed (STATUS: Vangaurd - fail)
2. Fire the ENTIRE staff at Lucas Arts and get SWG back to pre-Suxor style
3. Add content to CoH/CoV that doesn't include me repeatedly beating up the same avitar with ragdoll physics over and over
4. Add player housing and decent crafting to Linage 2, as well as a Chinese/ Korean decoder ring with every purchase
5. Building a time machine set for December 2007 and hope Warhammer doesn't suck.
6. I can go back to the first mmorpg...Solitaire, where the rpg part was that you were having fun
Suggestions on an mmo that doesn't suck, all ears. (please God don't say DAoC,
I need to feed while going ooo ahh graphics remember?)

Hmmm... I'm not sure if I would be much help. Have you tried D&D Online?? I sort of like that one, although I cancelled my membership so that I could try WoW for the first time about 6 months ago. Other than that, I've always been a CoH/V fan, but I hear you regarding the content and missions. It does get sort of redundant. It's nice they finally let you choose wether or not you ALSO want to check your mission off if you are doing the same one for someone else.
I don't know.... give D&D Online a shot. You may like it.
