PVP/Villians

in City of Heroes
I just purchased the game and played a few missions.  Up to level 3.  What kind if any PVP system is there in place?  Also, I would prefer to be a villian instead of a hero.  Is there a way to be a "bad guy" or is it hero or nothing?

    Sorry to tell you this, but there is no PvP and you can't make a 'Villain" per se. Right now it's only PvM and everyone is a Hero. News of thier future expansion "City of Villains" will supposivley add the ability to create a Villain character and add PvP as well as some other cosmetic/content features. The expansion should be out maybe by next year, or possibly even sooner. Don't quote me tho.

    Watch E3, there is supposed to be an announcement and screenshots of City of Villains, their expansion.
