Vertex array object error

I'm posting this here in hopes someone can help as no one responds over at the COH Boards.

I am getting this error every time I try and run the game. I have tried all sorts of versions of the catalyst drivers including the newest and the one they recommend in the email? None work

MY PC

ASUS P4R800-VM

Intel P4 Celeron 2.4

ATI Radeon 9200 128MB (Built into board with ATI 9100 IGP Chipset)

40GB 7200RPM

512MB DDR266 Ram

    It is definitely a graphical error. Did you also try updating Direct X?

    I know this may be coming a bit late, but a friend of mine just had this problem, and I found the fix for it.

    Go to the Asus site and search for downloads for that motherboard.  Download the latest chipset and install those.  That should fix the issue.
