quests running out?

Hi there, I am enjoying lotro atm however I have heard complaints that after certain levels it is hard to find quests that level your toon. Does anyone know if this is true as I pre ordered the game cause I enjoy chilling out and playing the quests till end game. thnx

    Well theres still 2 months of Beta to go, so there are areas still being woked on.  LoTRO is PvE and I cant see them not giving enough quests, they've brrowed heavily from WoW and if things hold true they will have more quests than you need just like WoW.

    Hmm... It might just be hard to find the quests considering there are over 1,500 quests right now (at launch really, but I think most are in right now). I haven't heard anyone complaining about how hard it is to find a quest. But thats just what I've heard.

    Currently: Playing EVE Online
    Previous: FFXI, Dragonrealms, sad little stint in WOWland.
    Awaiting: Fallen Earth, Hero''s Journey, Tabula Rasa, Age of Conan.

    Don't know where you heard that, but there are so many quests it's hard to decide which to do, and they all level you.

    it was a lvl 46 in the chat channel saying that he was having to do fellowship quests to lvl because he had run out of any solo quest to get any xp and as thats the most fun I have out of lotro I just wondered if it was true

    I haven't reached that point yet.  I know from 1-38 there has been quests up the wazoo.

    They haven't implemented most of the 45-50 content, so it's very likely that there's a dry spot there at the moment.



    At release, you should have no problem finding quests. Just trying to do all the quests available to me ends up with me outleveling some of them and having to cancel them. I've abandoned about 15, 30 level appropriate quests in my log at the moment.

    The dry spot, well documented and commented on by the devs, is the mid 30's level.  When they adjusted the leveling curve, the number of solo quests fell short of the amount needed to progress through these levels.

    The devs are aware of it and it is a high priority, with quests possibly coming at the next big patch.

    Oh! What you meant was the lack of SOLO quests. Well, that is kind of a bummer, because I like to solo more than group, but then, an MMO isn't an MMO without playing with others too.

    well i meant any quests, I was just saying what he said in the chat however, i like to solo mostly because finding a fellowship to do a certain quest is very boring and can take a while and I only have 1 to 2 hours to play. Also I think solo play is just a play style for people in a mmorpg and if thats what i enjoy I pay good money to play a mmorpg just like anyone else thus, I get a say just like everyone else

    Devs have recently posted that more quest-content will be added in the 30+ range.

    Yes -- it is coming.
