Awesome Game!!

in Perfect World International

As there is no real information out yet about this game, I have signed up for the chinese version. Even if I absolutely dont understand chinise, some very kind chinse player who speak english could help me in the game. If this game will come out in english (which should happen in mid 2007) it will be really awesome. I would say its a bit of each worlds -> a bit of WoW, a bit of L2, a bit of Final Fantasy XI ! There is no grind, there is no hardcore pvp (even if you can attack after level 30, but with hard penalties). There are Guild VS Guild fights, some nice instances, the flying is very well made! Awesome character customisation (the best I have ever seen), good crafting and item enchanting etc. !

All I can say is, I cant wait for the english version to come  out! The next localisation of PWInternational is on the philipines... there you can get a glimpse of the features in english: http://www.levelupgames.ph/perfectworld/index.html

    since you mentioned LUG I pressume you're pinoy. Anywayz if u want a bit of info go visit Waukeen's blog waukeen.blogspot.com he's posted some info on perfect world in one of his previous posts and some info on the City Battle System in one of his recent posts. Im also planning to play this game when it comes out in the Phil sometime around April.

    Thanks for the info :) Whatever a pinoy is (!?), I am always happy to get some new info on this game. I am now level 9 and already have some skills... all I can say is I can't wait to get my hands on the philippine version... as far as I know it should come out in april already.

    Ah I see :), thanks for the heads up. Well I already read all info I could find on your mentioned blog - I wished we could grab some more info about this game. I already talked to some english speaking chinise players and so far its great what they tell about the game. I want to reach Level 19 so I can visit my first dungeon and see how it looks. But it is very difficult to play chinese version ^^ as you can imagine.

    But I am happy for your pinoys, that you get your own version soon. All I can hope is that they dont block foreign IPs. If not you can already count me in - this game in english will be awesome (even with a worse ping). But if they do good publicity and co located servers on the western market too, they could get very popular with this game there.

    Lets see how it comes out :)

    Great I am setting up a homepage to collect all the info, maybe I'll do a wikipedia or FAQ. I have already contacted my friend in PW and he is willing to help me out on ingame questions :)

    wow I didnt know you also posted here hehe....I always check your blog for more info on PW..and get excited everytime hehe....uhm...isnt LUG going to hold a closed beta testing? or has it ended? thanks! -Cin of Thor Server
