Ageia Physx Problems and gametap in XP

I obviously have XP and keep getting Ageia not recognizing their own download and keeps unistalling and installing. According to the support help that comes with Ageia Physx it shows a task tray with pictures that show a setup showing Windows driver version 1.0.3.0. as the OS processor.

My screen shows no processor present.

I have downloaded all three of the latest updates from Ageia and nothing seems to change the outcome.

I am lost...I have reloaded gametap and URU several times with my virus protection off.

 

any suggestions appreciated.
