    Is it an mmo or peer to peer? Are there so many servers with capped pops or everyone on one server instanced like 40 times (guildwars)?

    There is one server,  if you don't have membership then you have to wait in the que if the line is full.  And yes,  everything about this game is instanced except the towns.
