A game where the players dont matter, their money does

I used to love playing flyff, I have two pretty high lvl chars, and didnt mind paying a little extra to make them look cooler, or make one of my main weapons uber powerful. And then flyff went to Hell.

They changed one of the most fundamental things to a mmorpg, the skill system, screwing things up for many players, removed most of the already very limited quests, bugged the game to hell and made it lag, and what do they do? Bring out new cash shop items to make you a lil bit more powerful for a short amount of time. And this aint the first instance. When hackers were prevalent, what did they bring out? a item costing $70.

This game used to be fun, now it just plain sucks. Go play something else.

I too enjoyed the game for months, but some of the dev stuff and hacking turned me off of it. That, and the same music played over, and over, and over again (I had nightmares about the music). Seriously though, if you like Flyff I would recommend Rapellz. Similar game with better graphics.

I guess you are right, this game has a lot of greed and nothing has been done about its problem.

While I agree that since the v7 update, FlyFF has gone way downhill (I blame the skill system), I don't really agree with the above posts.  I played for a few months, and made it to level 62.  I never bought a single item from the cash shop.  All of the stuff there you don't really need at all.  The few items that would be worth having you can buy in-game from other players at a fairly low price (spros, etc).  The high priced items are like the fashion suits, special flying items, etc.   Those are just a waste of money, and you don't need them anywhos.

Yeah, they're trying to make money.  Thats what companies do.  And the GMs arn't the greatest in the world.  But you can have tons of fun playing FlyFF without spending a cent in the cash shop.

Seriously tho, the problem isn't so much the skill system as it is the savagely dishonest, asshole GMs that caused FlyFF to fall.

It's an item shop game, what did you expect?

Any game where the developers sell advantages directly is gonna suck.

I know its like you see these people selling things for like millions of penya. If any of you are in the aibbat server, go to server one. and in st morning you will se the lvl 15 person named Melodii in front of the weapon shop. she is selling like Knight armor and like lvl 60 stuff for like millons of penya. She has been standing in the same spot with the same private shop opened for at least 2-3 months. And she has not sold one item yet.

As for the cash shop I agree that they have most of their attention to it, but without this we would have to pay to play the game...
