Send your refund requests to press@rapidrealitystudios.com I mailed them there and got answer from the boss lady(?) herself.

    apparently the reason for the delay was a need for new corporate paypal account...but all who has requested refund, should get it soon(tm) and the rest can expect a major announcement in next two weeks.

    Got the same response.  We'll see if this gets taken care of within the next two weeks or so.  Apparently they will be sending out an e-mail to everyone who is a current pre-order.
