Holy crap! I have the same card, now I'm freaking out! And there isn't a clear link on the site for our cards that I could find...
Here's a side question, is there a big difference between the 9800 XT and the AIW 9800 PRO?
Is there new card really worth the money, X800?

Bought the R9800 pro a couple of months ago no problem so far with it on any game.
As for the 9800XT nah the difference is like 5-7 percent on benchmarks and if you are that bothered simply overclock it into a XT.Easy to do and there was a batch of powercolor that was detected to have even been clocked speed to XT lol and accidently sold as pros so you might even have one hehe.
But honestly I would not bother to clock it atm because you would have to think of an artic cooler which means void warranty.
As for the X800 well its early days yet but the few benchmarks i seen have been disappointing because it uses same technology as the 9800s as against the nvidia 6800 thats brand new technology and showing it on benchmarks.
Both the XT and X800 are way overpriced compared to the pro version but if i was to choose between the XT and X800 I go with the X800 as it is nearly similiar price with the XT and is a better card then XT.
But if you have the R9800 pro don't bother upgrading at all to the XT or X800 .Wait till the 6800ultra drops price near xmas or radeon actually brings something out worth upgrading to.The X800 is certainly not the way to go from a R9800pro.
The catalyst can be gotten off www.ati.com .However latest does not mean it would work best with a particular Gcard/game combo. You might have to try different ones to find which fits the bill.
Also be very wary about blue screen of death 50% of the time it means the card itself could be overheating and that could destroy it.
Of course you can always use the warranty on it but honestly speaking its a pain as often enough it takes nearly a month to get a replacement sent.
And the XT version is basically a professionally "overclocked" pro and has been known to have heating issues.
Ensure your system is in a cool place preferable next to a wall and the back of the computer facing a wall. Also a case fan if you have not got one helps a lot.
I had a similar issue with the ti4600 despite changing drivers and if I recall i was getting driver errors too and the blue screen of death(also know as code blue lol).Kept in a case fan and moved that cpu from the ground near a wall and window and have never had an issue with it since it happened like 8 months ago.
