The different editions explained (Europe) for those still a bit confused.

Apologies to those who already know all of this but there still seems to be some confusion around so maybe this post will make things a little clearer. The following goes for the European version only.
The Collector's Edition definitely has everything in the Special Edition + the CE goodies. This has been stated many times by Satine and Laeth in the European LotRO forums. So to make it clear if you want everything, the ten days early access and all three bonus items, you need to buy the pre-order bonus pack + the Collector's Edition.
The pre-order bonus gives you the ten days early access plus one of the cloaks and the choice of subscription plan. In fact it goes for all editions if you desire the ten days early access and choice of sub you must buy the pre-order bonus pack but should be refunded the price of this pack when you purchase the full game (either standard, SE or CE).
The formula for Collector's is: CE = SE + Lifetime subscription + CE Extras.
The Collector's Edition lifetime subscription can also be activated *at any time*. There is no one month from launch time limit to take up the the founder's/lifetime offer with the Collector's Edition.

The only version mentioning the 10 days preorder acces is their 4.99£ preorder pack.

Sigh, I despair sometimes. Where did I say it did? Nowhere in my post do I state the CE includes the ten days early access! In fact I clearly state the opposite. I really wish people would take time to actually *read carefully* before jumping in.

It really couldn't be any clearer *if* you take *time* to *actually read* what I posted. It seems to me you couldn't be arsed to take reasonable time to read the post before hitting that reply button. The post was intended solely to help folks with some clear information, that's all, please don't use the thread to have a pop at me or to attempt any one-upmanship.

We have the same discussion on the EU boards and some say the CE includes preacces and some say it don't.
Would be nice with some clearer info on their homepage so the Preorder collectors editions would say something like:
This box does not include 10 days preacces,if you want that preacces you need to buy the preorder pack too.

Aye, that's why I made this post, as confusion still abounds. No worries. As long as folk get the correct info to enable them to make an informed purchase and avoid disappointment. This game is unusual as it's the first, to my knowledge, to have so many editions plus a lifetime subscription offer.

The 10 days early access has been confirmed to be included with the european CE. Most sites have even updated their information to include this, as well as the possibiltiy to find one of the rare rings to get a special prize.

Hiya, I think I saw that it is included when I was trying to order it today. I'm cancelling my U.S. pre-order for a EU version, I still have that damn language problem nagging at me.
I wish I could find out it ALL EU versions will have english as a language option so I don't have to get it shipped from the UK to Germany.
couldn't find the official statement from the lotro developers, but heres a link to a uk seller which mentions both the 10 days early access and the possibilty of getting the rings.
