Sad title, but alas that is how it is.

 

I am on starsider and LOVING the game.  Still looking for a no-jedi Pa with Bounty Hunters in it :)

 

I have a bunch of questions.

 

How do I auto Target?  How do I clear my screen for a screen-pic?  What are the best ways to enahnce your visual experience yet not rubber-band lag?

 

Whats the best way to lvl up in JTL/Space?

    You can turn auto-target on by pressing Y.  You can start auto attacking by double clicking on the target (or you can assign it a seperate key).  You can clear the screen by pressing CTRL + SHIFT+ H.  Not sure what the 3rd question is about :P  Best way to level up in space is to follow the NPC missions that you're given along the way.

    The third question was I am looking for the best ways to set your terrain and graphics control in order to get less lag, yet get good graphics.

    I was wondering if there were any tricks or simple things a person could do to reduce lag, but still have the game look good.

    Really depends on the specs of your PC.  On mine with a 6600GT I have the two terrain sliders about 1/4 - 1/2 up.  When I'm PvP'ing I turn off all the check boxes to get rid of the flora as that tends to be a big source of frame rate lag.  Turning off shadows will also improve performance alot too.  Just fiddle around and see what gives you the best results.
