in Lord of the Rings Online

Firstly i wanted to say how good it is to have an MMO that has thought thru the whole TS, Vent issue, its certainly going to make life easier if you have to fellowship up with strangers for an encounter or two.  No more endlessly messing around with settings or having to switch between servers all the time.

However... i seem to be experienceing some problems, namely that anyone grouped with me is hearing all my sound FX and Music etc.  Now i dont have them turned up loud at all and i certainly dont want to turn them off (that would be a traversty) so what on earth is causing it?

I have used Vent and TS for years so im not a total idiot but this is a new comp so it might be that i have missed an obvious setting somewhere.

Help please

     it sounds like (no pun intended) a sound card or driver issue. I know there are some sound issues going on after that last patch, I have had some myself. Try posting in the audio tech section of the beta forums with a copy of your dxdiag. This is something that I think you will need one of Turbine's hardware geek to get a valid answer on. I do hope you submitted a bug report alos.

    I haven't reported it because, in all honesty, i dont believe its a bug more of an problem with my settings.  I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this and if so what settings they changed to resolve it.

    I know its going to be something silly but sadly i dont know what it is
