Pre-ordering.. questions

I still haven't decided if I want to pre-order this game but I am in the beta so I am playing it, trying to decide what to do. This leaves me with a couple questions:
1. When is the cut-off for pre-orders to be in by? I don't see the date mentioned but do I have to decide BEFORE open beta or can I decide right up until the day before release?
2. Do we keep any items/coins we acquire in open beta on our main character? I know we can keep one up to level 15 and I have heard the game just stops you from levelling higher but do we keep whatever we acquire?
3. Will we keep whatever tradeskill ability we build in open beta on our main? I was thinking of using the time to mainly build this up...

You can still pre-order after Open beta starts. I'm not sure as to an exact cut off date but I wouldn't wait until the last moment.
Last I heard we can keep all items/coin. Additionally, you can keep all characters with the level cap still being 15, not just one character.
Currently your crafting level will not be capped in Open Beta and you keep all skill earned.
