I dont wana grind!!!!

in Final Fantasy XI

What made me leave this game was the huge amounts of grinding lower levels had to do and i came to wondering if there was like a trader proffesion were  u dont have levels , cos i rally only wanted to breed chokobos , i went to the stables twice a day just to look at them lol , and they were only the npc ones but i love them so much! how i can love a computer program that just does the same action over and over again is beyond me , i used to sit for 30mintues at a time chukkling at the chocobos , i love them to pieces lol , but u had to be level 20 to breed one , i tried it i got two choco cards , a guy who took me to the breeder , i also tried to buy an egg and trade an egg but i assure u there is no way to get a chocobo under level 20 so i left and i want a chocobo again!!!! lol o u no is there like a trader? like that can have chocobos before level 20?

    Well thats not all true tbh i would be up for grinding if it ment fast leveling , i was always grinding aloen or in grouops of two people so that was main prb but i cant see how that can be fixed so i left it out btu fort u better no now lol

    There is no trader class, hitting level20 takes very little effort, if you really want fast leveling, I would suggest playing diablo2, because this isn't what you're looking for.

    No i want to level fast so i get a chocobo fast!! not just to level , i wanta chocobo , i want , i want , i WANT!!!!

    You can always get someone to PL you. IF you have a higher lvl friend i'm pretty sure you can speed through the lvls.

    If you want a chocobo that bad, suck it up for crying out loud its only 20 lvls. Stop whining XD. Beggers cant be choosers.

    No-one i know even owns a computer lol , none of my friends have heard of online games apart from runescape... poor deluded fools.... so if ur a high level i would liek a world pass and some help mayb? but im broke atm so i wont be starting up quite yet...

    Not the sharpest tool in the shed.. You dont need worldpasses anymore.

    PS:FFXI is a very time consuming game, leveling can take a long time but if you're willing to be patient, or hire a powerleveler to level your character, FFXI is a great game.

    You want to pay 12.95 a month and pay 30 bucks for a game so you can watch chocobo's? Have you thought about NOT smoking pot while playing games?  Your fascination leads me to one of three conclusions. 1.) as previously stated, you should stop doing drugs 2.) You are very very young and you have no grasp of what FFXI is about. or 3.) You're just being stupid as a result of boredom, lack of intelligence (due to #1 perhaps?) or immaturity (See #2). 



    Outside of these three factors your fascination with choco's seems a bit... should I say it? Perverted?  I suggest that you, instead, invest more time outside.

    Hey, come on now. You're flaming for the sake of flaming there... Are you... you know... of those people who shout at other classes for not playing it your way, with specific job set ups and set gear for each and every level?



    So he likes Chocobos (and lets be honest, who don't love em?) ... so what? We all have things we love, I love mogs for example... If hes young, so what? If hes immature (and i'm not saying he is), so what? If hes willing to pay for the abillitiy to play with nothing but the big yellow birds, then good for him!



    Rather than just lay into the poor guy for no real reason, try and offer him help and suggestions about how best to enjoy his time in game? Tell him that getting to level 20 aint no big problem? Why not tell him HOW he can breed and race Chocobos post level 20 so he sticks with the game and starts experiencing more that this game has to offer.



    That attitude is what drives people away... for a game this late in its life, you should be embracing all the newbies you can, for any reason at all. Big bird lover or not...

    Is the chocobo breeding new? err....newer?  Because I don't remember hearing anything about breeding chocobos when I played ESPECIALLY not at lvl 20.  I had a 34 BLM and would have loved to have had my own chocobo.  hehe  That would've been awesome...still not enough to make me stay though, sadly enough lmao.
