    If we are going to bash swg, we might aswell bash every mmorpg on the list because in truth they are all poor games.

    The reason why people bash SWG isnt because it is a poor game, it's because it used to be such a GOOD game before they ruined it.  I for one can admit that I would still be playing SWG if it was how it used to be back in the day before it got all shot to hell.

    You people have glued rose colored glasses onto your faces about SWG "that once was".

    Peopled complained their hind-ends off about the game back then, and thats what got it changed, and when it changed, they complained ridiculously more.

    The game always sucked, thats its failure.

    And more likely then not, if it hadn't ever changed so drastically, most people likely would've gotten bored of it by now and quit anyway. So the whole "I'd still be playing it" stuff, is just goobledeegook..

    The developers of SWG made it horrible from the Start, the complaining players forced their hand to reinvent it, and what you're left with is a continued horrible game. Blah blah blah, face the realities of it for crying out loud.

    I disagree.  I liked the game a lot before the CU and like the other guy I'd still be playing perfectly happy if they didn't revamp the game.  Sure it had some small problems that could have been fixed if they wouldn't have listened to nooby whinners that couldn't understand how to play a "sandbox" MMO just cuz it wasn't a level based one like WoW.  On that point, that is my assumption why SOE completely revamped the game out of the blue.  They tried to copy the success of WoW and failed miseribly.  If they would have just waited, the mass of people, "noobs", that started with WoW would have wanted something more challenging and moved to such a game like SWG.  But thats SOE, thinking about the now and not the future for attempts at gaining a small profit; and i'm glad they failed.  Hopefully they learned a lesson, but probably not.  And lastly, I used the term noob as a person new to MMOs, not as a derogatory term since everyone was a noob at 1 time or another.  Thanks.

    The biggest problem..and why i agree with that poster is simply because you guys keep going at it over and over and over and over again.They made special star wars vet forums so that the people who DO enjoy the game don't get the "SOE is evil and killed our life" replies in every bloody post every frikking day.But asmuch as you guys hate SOE and blameSOE for ruining the fun you had in this game you need to fuck it up for others and try to take their fun out of the game.It seems like we - the ones still playing swg - are not allowed to like the game WE pay for and have payed for for a long time.Yes SOE fucked it u...yes they didn't listen when people complained after the nge release...yes they are filling their pockets and don't care about anything else.Still i like this game and every time i want to see something new posted in the news section or the swg CURRENT , and talk about it with fellow gamers there are allways you guys who have to ruin it.Well  thank you verry much for playing a SOE on us then for that matter.

    That's a great guide.

    As for all you SWG haters,  that's your opinion but please quit trying to force it on us.

    There are games out that I don't like but I don't spend my time posting hate about them, I've got better things to do.
