in any rpg, i always make magic my main source of damage. i loved how back in the day you needed spell components and a certain skill to cast certain spells. anyone know of any games that use a similar structure to the magic system? im sick of just buying and that being the end.

I never figured it out but Ryzom has something where you build your own spells.
I have yet to find a game as fast as AC was along with the massive areas to explore. As far as the combat system goes I liked the fact that spells and arrows could miss (even though some were lag misses).
I played World of Chorecraft and I pre-ordered LOTR. I just wish Turbine would learn that people want something different and what they had created in AC1 worked.
