I've never been one for rushing to the end game content but I'm just curious as to what has been discovered/tested as far as max level content. Is it the age old raid till ya drop sort of stuff or something different?
Raiding, crafting, discovering hard to get places, challenging yourself in MPVP. Attend in game events like people putting on shows or listen to music/play your own music. What else is there to do in an MMORPG?
My hunch is that if you're truly a casual player, you will not need an end game. Turbine plans on having content updates every month or two, so there should be new areas to explore that will keep the casual player busy.

Actually no it is not. There will be raids of up to 24 players. But it will not be the main focus of endgame. To get the best loot in the game you will be able to do it thru all of the game activities, Crafting, questing, raiding, PvMP. There is also the casual things to do at endgame. The music system. Spending time with your kinship. Creating your owne game driven events. You can't just look at this game and say that it will be just raiding for endgame. When those who know exactly what the end game is like haven't said anything about it. I am speaking of testers who were selected to specifically test the endgame. I also believe there are testers who are already testing the first content patch for after release.
