While I agree with the OP that the generic pugs are usless and henches are better than 90% of the pugs out there, I have to disagree with the title of the thread.
The game did not hit a low, its the people you have been meeting and teaming with.
And to tell you the truth, 3 heros are more than enough. Slap in the normal 2 searing ele and morgan and then you can run over most mobs with ease.
But as others said, join a good guild, I know its hard to find one but donot give up. This game is still great and I love it.
