its real funny, ppl seem to say that GW or WOW or any community they dont like is full of 12 year olds etc, not in my experience, they are full of ***holes of all ages, please don't be ageist, 30 year oldds act like children too, after all we are all playing computer games.......how mature can we be?

Maturity has nothing to do with whether one plays games of any kind or not. It has everything to do with the way you treat other people and how you accept poor treatment from others.
I don't know whether most of the problem players are 13 or 30. I do know that people who use "kiddie internet l33t speak" are more likely to be young kids than not, and these are the people that seem to cause much of the ill-will in on-line games.
You want to get respect anywhere you go in life? Earn it. Be polite, listen to people who know better than you, and don't get pissed off when someone tells you that what you're doing is wrong.
Oh, and can the "leet speak" too. It makes you look ignorant.
I'm gonna have to agree with everything that Serling just said here. Especially the bit about canning the l33t sp34k, because that makes you look like a 12 or 13 year old.

I dont care what age they are, as long as their a good player.
p.s. I dont think kids should be allowed on teamspeak until their balls have dropped.
However, not as many people are playing. Sucks looking for groups at the small hours at night.
There always have to be a down side.
That can get irritating, especially in mission runs. Players who choose to go off on his/her own and try to be a know-it-all, only to get slain and accumulate DP. Players who leave in the middle of a mish at the slightest sign of failure. Players who trigger the quest ending, even after everybody warned him/her not to because they want to do the bonus first. Players who cause the mish to fail, and blame the rest of the group, anyway.
You'd be accurate to say they're 12-year-olds, either in body, or in mind.
PS. I'm sorry if I sound like one of those councilor people or a mom, hahahaha and I also agree with Lazlow
miggy619, I also find that Lazlow is correct. It's not what age they actually are, it's what age they act like. If you say that people are surprised to find out you're pretty young, then more power to ya. If someone can compose themselves like a civilized adult then I don't care if they're 9 or 90.
