  I think there is an orange item I've seen. Other than that i'm unaware of any other legendary items or red items.

  The game hasn't really changed... the stats have gotten higher and there are some new polygonal objects implemented. WoW is stil WoW. Then again, I guess you came asking about new stats rather than about game changes :P.

  I haven't seen any new Oranges with TBC.  Some people still use Thunderfury, but other then that, most stick to getting the level 70 epics as they are much much better.
