I pre-ordered from Best Buy..

in Lord of the Rings Online
Now when I try to create and account at https://myaccount.turbine.com it says my product key is wrong.  Where on the e-mail does it give me my product key? It gives me an order number but obviously that doesnt work. Anyone have any ideas?

    re-read your post. I pre-ordered mine through ebgames.com. The way they did it was distributed the actual product keys once a week to those who ordered. Chances are BB does something simular. I would check into in on thier site or just wait and see if you get another email from them with the key.

    This is why I picked up my pre-order at an actual BB store.  I got my DVD and code right away.
