Who is publishing the game in the US?

The last time I heard North American publishing hadn't been worked out. Has this changed yet?

    There was a post on the official boards some time ago saying that a couple of deals were in the works but nothing has been set down in stone yet. So far as I know, that hasn't changed.

    I'll try to find the thread and link it for you though.

    That's what I'm afraid of. This game sounds very interesting to me but I won't go near it if SOE is involved.

    I'd go near it if SOE Published it. I Don't care who the publisher is...and I don't care who makes a game as long as it's fun, I'll play it. I'm gonna try this one, definantly...The bigger the publisher, the better.

    I also hope that it isn't SOE. Every single MMO they've touched has run straight into the ground.

    Great, now the "NGE sucks/SOE sucks" crowd is here. I highly doubt SOE is even on the devs radar, so please take the anti-SOE crap to the other sections of the mmorpg.com forums and keep it out of places it doesn't belong, such as here in the Spellborn section. With one or two small exceptions, this has always been a mature forum section. Let's keep it that way.

    I believe the question about who is publishing this game is completely valid. Why wouldn't people that don't like SOE make a comment on the forums of a potential game they are interested in encouraging the Dev team not to go with a publisher they don't like? Until you see specific posts titled "NGE/SOE sucks," I don't think you really have a reason to complain. I don't want SOE to publish the game, I wouldn't of made a post about it because I'm not interested in discussing it, but a post of that nature when used in reference to this game is completely valid.



    Ps. As far as SWG goes, I am interested in discussions talking about similar (not total) targeting and attacking system.
