I am a little confused, I go to the guild application and for the forum title I put "APPLICATION"? Want to do this right the first time, I used to hate being an officer in WoW and FFXI seeing people not follow directions.

Hello MMORPG.COM  First, let me introduce myself, I am Accendo Ignis, one of the two Seraph aka Leader of Angels of Death, also known as AoD. McPwn is a Cherub of AoD, meaning he is a General Officer, so he can help you just as well as I could, in case you have questions or anything.

Billy - Yes that is us, to be more precise, my co-leader Seventy did it. In fact, another one is in the work, our goal is to have a new one EACH WEEK!!!!

Arkane- In your thread that you create for your application, the title for exemple(using your name here, Arkane) should be: APPLICATION Arkane

And to anyone, feel free to visit our forums, either if your interested to join, or even if you just like AoC and PvP

I am fairly sure I speak for the rest of the Acolytes when I say: we look forward to meeting you on the battlefield, be it with or against us.

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

Our friends over at warcry sure as hell know how to grab your attention when writing a review of something he is yet to play.

He said it is also a blessing that the game has such a group of hardcore followers. In short, with the current fanbase it will be hard to fail as a game.

Considering Age of Conan has an official forum I find it very promising that AoC and WAR keep changing spots for the most hyped game.

I'm not trying to hate on anyone here, but if you're going to try to recruit on these forums, proofread or edit your guild leader's posts.  Especially, if his grammar and spelling are worse than a sixth grader's.

Ok, so maybe I am hating just a little, but somebody needed to say something.

I do not know if you knew this, Mr.Grammar, but "ok" is incorrect. If you are to correct anothers spelling or grammar maybe you should proofread your own posts. Okay?

Actually, "ok" and "Okay" are perfectly acceptable in the English language.  "Ok" is even in the Dictionary.  Now, quickly make a bunch of posts so that people will look over my last one.

Nice edit of your post. Yes they are acceptable, but okay is the proper version. Also, why capitalize the word "dictionary"?

"Dictionary" is the title of a book.

That would be if it was "Webster's Diactionary" .

    www.dictionary.com

    dictionary1 [?dik??n?ri] noun — plural ?dictionaries

a book containing the words of a language alphabetically arranged, with their meanings etc

Example: This is an English dictionary.

See how it is not capitalized?

Well, I don't know about "Webster's Diactionary", but "Dictionary" is certainly the title of a book.

Tool. If you want to play it like that, then book titles are supposed to be typed in italics, or underlined when written by hand. Either way you were trying to be a jerk when you were wrong as well.

    Tool?! :D

You're right, book titles should be underlined when written by hand.  I was more trying to make the word stand out, but thats beside the point (there is no definitive way portray a book title in internet text, btw).

Anyway, I wasn't referring to an obscure thing like quoting or underlining a book title.  I was referring to simple spelling, knowing when a sentence should end, and not being a damn "comma bomber".  Its nice when you can read a post just one time, and know what the hell the poster was saying exactly.  Do you think that anyone would join the Army if the Recruiting General's written message was:  "Be awl, that you, kan Be"?

Oh well...  Peace, and have a good time with your guildies.  I'll not fuck with you anymore as my White Russian cup is empty.

The people who made those slogans are paid to do such things. To you think the army recruiter you sit down with knows every detail of the english language? I know my recruiter was not all there. It was your first post, which means the account was created to just troll and make fun of somebody. I did not see the point in that, especially when you could still undersand what he was saying, and your grammar itself was not perfect. Notice how nobody else felt the need to point it out and the post is days old?

Like I said, you were just being a grammar expert on a message board, no need for it unless the entire post was hard to read or blown out of whack. Even you admit to being anal.

You use italics when typing a book title online and the word "dictionary" itself does not have to be capitalized. From one jerk to another, let it go.
