did i hear wrong or is this game coming out for the 360 and that they can play with people who play on the PC!!! thats freaking awesome. What about ps3???

by the way, it wont be on ps3 because ps3 (sony) dont have an online system like xbox360(microsoft) has. and later about this year I think ps3 cant have online server for all games before like ps2...
I read an article in EGM magazine that said this game was slated for PC, 360, and PS3! I am worried about the PS3 version because PS3 sucks to develope for and I hope they don't waste too much time on it. I also agree that Sony's online sucks at best, and this game will suffer if it's hosted by Sony servers.
On topic i have read from ign.com and a few other places that AoC will be for PS3, so we will see if those claims hold any water cme Oct 30th

Correct, your Live subscription fee is for Live. AoC will have its own subscription fee on top of that, the same as FFXI does on the 360, and Huxley will too.
Actually, it depends! If you buy an Xbox 360 in October just for Conan (assuming it's ready for 360 by then) you will recieve a "free"
Xbox Live Silver account. This account never expires, and it allows you to play MMORPG's for the same price as PC gamers. So no you don't have to pay the live fee. Now, if you also want to play Halo 3, and it's legendary "matchmaking" then you will need Xbox Live Gold. I recently saw Xbox Live Gold on sale at Circuit City for $39.99 for 13 months. Normally it's $50 a year. So if you don't care about Halo 3 matchmaking, I would just play on Xbox Live Silver for free.
I think its a good idea, bring about more players which in essence can keep a game going longer, its very interesting to see how easy the characters will be to control, to the PC gamers we have an advantage of key binds and a mouse etc, im to to clued up on the XBOX controls whether they can have a keyboard or if there restricted to the game pad, i can see that being an issue though, just making conversation in game will be difficult on a game pad.
In general i like the idea, bring those console noobs over the real MMO gamers.
A USB keyboard can be used on 360, people in FF and Phantasy Star use it. 360 haters use the lack of kb as an argument, but they're wrong.
One valid point that the 360 haters brought up is that many MMO users use Vent or TS which 360 users don't have access to. My TV is next to my PC, so I don't have the issue, others may though. One solution I thought of is to have in-game voice support.
Definitely looking forward to this game, the combat system looks great and MS has needed an MMO from the beginning. EQOA was my favorite MMO to date, even though others would disagree.
1. 360 users are not getting the game the same time PC users are, they have to wait.
2. There are dev quotes stating so.
3. This game will NOT be on the PS3, FunCom is working with Microsoft because microsoft wants people to get dx10/vista.
4. Microsoft would not let this game come out on PS3.
