Well as a few of you may have noticed, the Perfect World closed beta start has yet again been moved. Level Up says its because they want to make the beta better for the beta testers.
So I just wanted to know, how many of you thinks its fair that they move they beta to improve the game a bit?
Personally I think its pretty much okay. They could just make it up by making all the people without a PW clan (Me) and people who cant really advertise for the game enter the closed beta.

Well for us foreign people we can't go into CBT anyway... so it doesnt really matter
! Its still unsure if they will block ips after Open beta too, but its most likely they do.
However the good news is, that the malasyian english version is coming into CBT in may! And they are very open to their international gamers and will also allow foreign ips!
