Cant play it

in Voyage Century Online
Hi. I wanted to try this game out, and got it downloaded and installed. Trouble is i dont know what to do when the main menu appears (the ship with the enter and exit, i thik, words. Mouse doesnt seem to work, either does the keyboard. Tried with all keys and mouse, but anything seem to work. Anybody else with the same problem? Is it common?



Ps: Tried on the official forum, but it doesnt work right now.

    At this very moment the forums are up. if you still can't access them, Try a different browser. Once you do get to the official forums, search "login" or browse the Help Center section. If you still cannot find an answer, Post in the Help Center. IGG customer service reps view that section...and only that section, on a regular basis.

    I also can't log into the forums. 



    I can browse and search without a problem.  Once I try to log in I get the "you have been logged in" redirect page.  Then the page I'm redirected to hangs.  I've tried it on 3 different computers with IE and Firefox of various versions.



    The page that hangs will hang for an entire day (I let it keep trying for a whole day once) and after a log in attempt I can't browse or search anymore....it's like it's looking for my "logged in" profile or something.  If I clear the cache and cookies out I will be able to browse and search again, but once I try to log in I again get the "hanging" page and can't ever get logged in.



    I suppose if the forums are as bad as folks are saying I should be happy about this....Of course I'm already a little upset that I've spent time and money in the game and just found out the server I'm on is basicly hosed because of a past exploit.  I'm sure there's not a way to get my character moved, but they should have a post in their forums about that to help people keep from making the wrong choice.

    Hmmmm..  What type of overall quality is this game?  Is it Korean, Japanese , Taiwanese, or Chinese in origin?

    This quite frankly is the best game I've ever played. It doesn't have the best graphics, translation, animations...etc. But the game itself is amazing! There's just SO much to do it's unreal. They really put a lot into this game. If you liked UO or games like it you will love this game.

    Did you ever get a response to your original problem?  or just a redirect to a different forum?



    I have the same problem about 60% of the time when starting the game.  What I need to do is Alt-Tab out of VC to another window (like Firefox).  Your cursor will be visible there, and you can slide it over into the background and it will be visible now in VC as well.  You can also fix this by pressing the "Windows" key, then mousing up from the taskbar/Start menu.

    Of course.  Hopefully it will help others.



    I haven't been able to get into the official forums for awhile now.  The browser keeps refreshing on the same page and I can't get anywhere.  Is that a known issue with a workaround, or something flukey on my machine?
