in Final Fantasy XI

so i just got me a new hardrive since my old one crashed now im stuck with the problem, i can now reinstall final fantasy XI but i dont have my information does anyone know if  there is a way to delete your account so u wont get billed for it or atleast a way to make a new account using the same information?

plz help ME

    Phone em, is my only suggestion. Check their website.

    Oh, if you got a new HD just reinstall it, then login. Then cancel your ID's but you'll probably get billed for this month if you didn't cancel your ID's 2 day's before the new billing date.

    (Oh you can also play the game once you cancel your ID's until the next billing date.)
