Hope the gameplay makes up for those screenshots for those that into Warhammer, sorry the more i see the more i believe this is not my type of game, sorry the screenshots look very old/dated. Would have thought they would be cappeble of delivering somethng refreshing especialy since the game is not due for release yet. Well we'll see how it all works out, sometimes screenshots don't say much compared to seeing the game actual in motion, hope this is the case with Warhammer.
It seems to me these screenshots are taken without their new lighting tool used. That's a shame. Obviously the proper lighting will make a huge difference. In fact, I daresay that the "next-gen" look we've become accustomed to lately owes much to the nice lighting. Just try to turn on and off shadows in the latest games, it's clearly visible. It may seem obvious, but it wasn't that important even three years ago as it is now.
I cannot explain the sadness That's fallen on my breast. An old, old fable haunts me, And will not let me rest.

Have you ever taken part in a 200 vs. 200 person battle in any game? If you have then you will realize why Mythic didn't go for hyper polished graphics.
I'd love to see the ui/hud :< right now that's my biggest concern to be honest hehe.
A honost question, i read allot of people talking about their UI/HUB i must also say that i myself "hate" them, they distract me from the game, mostly when possible i keymap everything and when ever its possible no UI on my screen but the gameworld, a good example would be like F12 in LotrO or F10 with Vanguard, only problem this gives is when loot'n or harvesting or the use of compas as those F keys really clear your screen from everything except the gameworld, which is nice for screenshots, but would be nicer to play the game like that, it makes gaming for me atleast so much more immersive instead of that RTS window in screen. So to get back to my question why is it that some people find the UI that importent, i personaly would like it more if games would focus on letting us see more on the screen then fill it with all sorts of UI, the lesser the beter i would say. Or is this what the concern is about. Other then that just gladly like to know whats so cool about UI's ?

If you don't pvp I guess it's not much of a concern. But seeing as this game is extremely pvpcentric I think the UI is going to be one of the most important features of the game.

If you haven't then you could never understand.
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.
