i do love those big green thick headed barbarians. watching them squash the puny humans and smash some other orcs just makes me smile...but alas. those little things that they dont have (maybe in the future) make greenskins just so much better. suicidal crazy ball swinging goblins and their kookey inventions would be humerous and painful at the same time.
to sum things up i hope to see more crazy and downright kookey goblins and orcs appearing in the future

It would be hard to correctly balance a mounted combat unit from level one. It would also be nearly impossible to correctly implement a unit who usually just gets shoved in one direction.
You do bring up an interesting idea though. Perhaps the mushrooms which cause Goblin fanatics to go into their frenzy will appear in the world with an effect on players similar to the effect it has on the Gobbos.
Also, mounts are being implemented. I don't know how, but perhaps mounted combat is going to be a part of RvR? No vids to back this up yet.

I think they have enough armor already (especially black orcs) and more armor would only make them look like armored humans xD

As far as i know, Orcs WILL ride boars and Goblins WILL ride wolves.

I think Greenskins are just fine for release, they don't really need anything else to be an effective fighting force.
As for Fanatics... well, including them wouldn't really fit the lore. I took this from the games workshop site, for those who don't know what a fanatic is etc.
"A Fanatic is a Night Goblin bearing a ball and chain weapon so large that it would be impossible for a Goblin to pick it up in normal circumstances. Having imbibed a brew made of a very rare and very special fungus called the Mad Cap, the Fanatic's strength is boosted beyond belief, enabling him to swing the heavy ball round and round (and round and round...) in a whirlwind of bone-shattering death.
The Night Goblin is almost completely unaware of what is happening around him, and he has to be carried into battle by his mates. The Night Goblins wait until the enemy are close by, and then push the Fanatic out towards the foe, giving him a good shove to start him off in the right direction. Free at last, the deranged Night Goblin starts to spin round crazily, swinging his ball and chain in a dizzy circle of death. The Fanatic really has little idea of where he is going, and will happily plough through troops from his own side if they get in the way."
For the other options, well as people have stated, Orcs can ride Boars, and Goblins can ride Wolves (or maybe even spiders?). Black Orcs are just about the meanest, most heavily-armoured, biggest and baddest Orcs there are.
For expansions, I would like to see Savage Orcs and Forest Goblins - they would be real colourful additions to the greenskin lineup.
Yea, I said snotlings. I don't mean like playable, more like a kind of Greenskin-only pet. You could buy a few of them and have them attack anything you attack. Since they're snotlings they would be harmless most of the time. Still, I reckon it would be fun to have them running around and dying
