Ex EQ2 player and WoW player

in Everquest II
World of warcraft is getting really boring for me.  The only thing that is fun for me is raiding now.  Leveling alts and farming gold is just boring.  I played EQ2 before I went to wow and am wondering if it would be worth it to go back to.  Keep in mind I havnt played EQ2 in about 2 years so I have no idea what has changed.

    TONS of things have changed in EQ2, most for the better. To be honest, I am impressed with some of the changes that SOE made and I have been enjoying my time in EQ2. WoW just became boring for me and kind of annoying, soooo I am happy with my choice =D

    Cool thanks for the feedback.  At the moment the only thing that I have Expansion and Pack wise is The Splitpaw Saga.  Would you recommend buying any of the other Packs or Expansions before I start up again?

    Try it and see if you like it.  But the Echoes of Faydwer expansion (retail version not digital download) comes with all three expansions.  So if you plan on sticking around it is defintley worth picking up.  EoF is very good expansion.

    Alright thanks.  It doesnt look like I will be playing anyway since I cant get my account working again.  Keeps telling me my account isnt subscribed then it tells me my CD key is already in use so not good...

    go to the everquest II website.

    Log in to your account

    click my account

    and then scroll down and reactivate your subscription



    You should not have to reenter your cd key to do this.

    I go to http://everquest2.station.sony.com, log in, click my account, it pops up with  "My Subscriptions", there is no subscriptions, I click Add Everquest 2, I log in once again, then it asks me to put in my CD key, i do and it says its already registered.

    Yup.  I checked my store purchases to see if i had bought splitpaw saga with this account and it was there so this is definately the account i used before.

    So under My Subscriptions it doesn't say Everquest II then a button that says $ View/Edit?  If there is then click on the $ View/Edit then scroll down to the bottom and click on Edit Subscription.  It then should walk you through updating your address, CC info, etc...
