Very Disturbing Bug

Let me say first that I love this game.
Having said that, I was very disappointed today when I ran into a nasty bug.
I had two amethyst rings for sale on the Auction House and when I saw that I was being undercut I decided to pull them and re-list them. When I canceled one of them, I got an error that said, "cancel failed" and BOTH of the items just disappeared from the listing - POOF. So, I went to check my mail thinking maybe it actually canceled both and returned them to me - NOPE.
These were cheap items, so there is no real loss, but that is not the point. What if these had been epic items?? Yikes!
I did contact a GM who told me just to submit a bug report, which I did. He could not replace them.
If this particular bug makes it into live, I will not play. I use the AH regularly and adjust my prices based upon the market, hence the need to be able to cancel auctions and re-list.
Still love the game, hope they fix this soon.

Items returned in the mail a few hours later.
Same thing happneded to me a few times in WoW where my items disappeared and then reappeared the next day.
Maybe that will happen to you too.
Did you do an AH search with an alt character to see if your normal character still have them for sale?
Ohh and btw.
Use the official forums for such bugreports if you want to be heard.
No DEVs seem to come by this forum anyway.

Known bug the item should return to you via mail in a few hours. However do remember this is still beta so please report any bugs you may find to the proper channel.
