I would imagine it is rather difficult to start from scratch and get a character able to RvR. Or do they allow characters to create at RvR level?
The game is designed so you gain experience, loot, etc. from doing the RvR. It says you can pvp from level 1-40(they call it tiers and ranks or something). As for getting to tier 4 and level 1 i suspect not being that the monsters in the are will be too high level. Tier 4 is Warhammers end game content.

It's actually about DAoC.
I agree it would be kind of hard to get a character up to 50 and equipped for RVR in only 14 days without the help of someone else and without any prior experience.
BUT if you are lucky and there's actually someone around in the lower Battlegrounds you could have RvR from level 1 - in theory.

what does this have to do with War? They are not even same Dev team and daoc atm is just a test bed for War anyway game is just more fracked up than ever.

Being a DAOC player from day one. I can tell you this. The game has changed very much. You can level pretty quick with the insta dungeons. A great battle ground RvR area is level 20-24. You can at least get a taste of what is in store at level 50. If you can find a kind individual to help you level, you can make it to level 50 in 3 day's give or take. I would not worry about artifacts or Master levels. You can now get them in full by buying them with bounty points. Bounty points are accumulated in RvR by defending a keep, taking a keep, etc etc. You then will be able to visit the merchant and acquire all the Master Levels and get all artifacts you want. Keep in mind most artifacts are level 50 items. Instant dungeons are the way to go. Great XP and nice drops. If you care to try it you can pop me a tell /send gelthanis (message) enter. I'll help you out the best i can. If not, I'll see you in WAR.
