Come on now, can you actually have fun killing Npcs. When i played it felt like i was raiding instancing. but that's my opinion, i wanna hear what you guys have to say about PvM.

Yup I agree. Playing pre-made level 50 monsters is just too carebearish for me.
You're gonna have to be a little more specific about what you didnt like about monster play to say it sucks and be taken seriously.

Frankly I'm about to get tired of these topics, but just one last time Im gonna give my opinion on it.
PvE in LOTRO was so boring, that even the first quest I got where I had to kill 0/6 wolfes, I fell asleep when I was killing the fourth 4/6. LOTRO's battle system is just way too slow and repeditive if you ask me, again this is where all the "lotro" fans will come and disagree, no matter what ya say, if the game was made on lego blocks, they would still say its the best game out there. Im a huge LOTR fan, read all the books and ofcourse seen the films, and I for one, do not think this game do the title justice at all.
The player heros are all cuddled up at the gate, preparing for their DOOM , muahahahahaha, awesome stuff

You do realize that with levels capped at level 15 during open beta....no one can level their player characters to 40..which is the minimum level you have to be to enter Entenmoors to battle the player controlled monsters right?
So you are correct...no PvP going on atm.... but once that cap comes off within a month the Players vs the Monsters will be on....
Please, if you're going to post, at least pretend to know something about the subject matter....

Off course it's booring in the open US beta when levels are capped to 15.
I wonder if those who bash the PvM has experienced how fun it is when there is a lot on both sides.
It's almost as fun as DAOC's battlegrounds but i wish there was closed keeps and siege combat.
That would make it even more fun.
Taking over the middlekeep is pretty easy as it is now.
It should be a closed keep where we had to use siegeengines.
Turbine has said they are looking for the PvM to become a fully endgame experience so i would expect to see a lot of improvements over the time.

Don't judge PvMP until there are enough people on both sides fighting it out.
I've played PvMP during closed beta, it is fun.
Do kids these days think that real PvP is ganking?
